9. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times vary depending on the product and your location. You’ll find delivery details in each product description. I’m not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.
10. Returns & Refunds
Please refer to the Refund & Return Policy for full details. In summary:
* Digital items and custom orders: not returnable/refundable.
* Ready-to-ship products: eligible for return within 7 days (conditions apply).
* Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility.
