REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Every product in my shop is thoughtfully created or selected, whether it’s a digital template or a handmade item. Because of the different nature of each product, my return policy depends on what you’ve purchased:

 

 

 🖨️ Templates & Digital Downloads

 

All digital products (including templates) are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Once downloaded, they can’t be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Please make sure to read the product description carefully before purchasing. If you’re unsure or have questions, feel free to contact me before placing your order.

 

🧵 Custom-Made Products

 

Custom items—like personalized wire names or made-to-order designs—are created just for you, which means they can’t be returned or refunded.

If something arrives damaged or there’s a mistake, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery, and I’ll do my best to fix it.

 

📦 Ready-to-Ship Products

 

I accept returns on ready-to-ship items within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, I’ll send instructions on how to return the item. Return postage is at the buyer’s expense. Returns sent without contacting me first won’t be accepted.

 

Damages & Issues

 

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If something is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact me within 7 days so I can help resolve the issue.

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

I’m unable to offer returns or refunds for:

 

- Digital downloads and templates

- Custom-made or personalized items

- Sale or discounted products

- Orders returned due to a change of mind

 

Exchanges

 

If you’d like to exchange a ready-to-ship item, the quickest way is to request a return (if eligible), and place a new order for the item you prefer.

 

Refunds

 

Once I receive and inspect your return, I’ll let you know if it’s approved. If it is, I’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or card provider to process it.
